Front Office Assistant

The Front Office Assistant holds a key position by providing the first impression given to the guests. The position necessitates being able to give and receive information, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of front desk activities, and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.

Steward

Understanding the complete service cycle, menu knowledge, order taking, upselling and delivering high quality service

Technician

Responsible for the entire operating and maintenance of the air-conditioning installions in the Hotel.

Restaurant Manager

Assists the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant in attaining, its established sales, profits and quality of product goals: whilst maintaining company standards of operation, sanitation, accident prevention and, associate attitude and team work. Work closely with and assist the other food and beverage area in attaining their goals and standards. Ensures that all team members have the training and the resources to carry out their responsibilities. Shares responsibility for food, beverage and Labour cost in the restaurant.

Sales Executive

To promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts. To plan and execute a daily system of sales calls on Travel Agents, Airline Offices, Commercial Houses, Industrial and Professional Associations, Diplomatic missions, Public Sector Undertakings, Traders etc.
